a different kind of enrollment
We want each family to love Sprouts as much as we love our Sprouts families.
So, rather than a wait list, we do our best to determine a good fit. We load you up with information on our school, policies, and philosophy and, in turn, ask about your family, values, and hopes for a preschool experience. We would love to be able to enroll every family that applies, but as a very small school it simply isn't possible.
The entire process is completed through our Brightwheel family portal – you'll need to create a free Brightwheel account to get started. We can't wait to learn more about your family.

4 steps
1 interest application
completed by family
Complete and submit an interest packet for your selected school year through our Brightwheel family portal. This introduction to your family enters you into the interest pool for that year.
2 information packet
invitation from sprouts
Caity & Ellen use the information from your interest application – including your child's age and requested program and schedule – to invite you to complete a family information packet whenever a suitable opening exists within your chosen school year. Your invitation will come to your Brightwheel account email address asking you to complete a Family Information Packet. Packets are available for two weeks following this invitation.

Complete and submit your family information packet through the Brightwheel family portal prior to the two-week deadline. This moves you from the interest pool into the prospective faily pool.
3 tour & interview
invitation from sprouts
Ellen & Caity use the information from your family information packet to invite your family to visit Sprouts for an interview and tour. Your invitation to tour will come to your Brightwheel messages and via text if you have enabled that option in Brightwheel.
4 enrollment

Following the interview and tour, Caity & Ellen extend an enrollment invitation to families that are the 'first best fit' for the Sprouts community and availability.

Families have 48-hours to accept enrollment by submitting an enrollment packet – including an enrollment contract, application, handbook, and fee – through Brightwheel.

Applications are accepted at any time – we'll be in touch via Brightwheel when we have an opening that suits your family's needs. Not sure yet? Join us at our annual open house each August – details posted on our facebook page.

our fees
securing your spot
There are no fees in our enrollment process until finalizing enrollment.
Enrollment fees are paid at step four in our enrollment process – after receiving and accepting an enrollment invitation. Enrollment fees are separate from tuition payments. See our programs page for more information on tuition.
